The Model 302850 is a dual frequency receiver. An internal jumper selects either 300 MHz or 310 MHz operating frequency.
The 300 MHz frequency is compatible with standard Multi-Code transmitters
The 310 MHz frequency is compatible with the Stanley version Multi-Code transmitters.
Operates on 12-24 volts AC or DC power

As a wired keypad it can operate garage door openers and gate openers that require 24 volts or less and accept normally open contacts.
As a wireless keypad it can be used with any gate or garage door opener that receives a 318 MHz RF signal.
The keypad must be used in conjunction with the GTO garage door receiver kit (part # RB709) on any other garage door.
You may program up to 25 different personal entry codes allowing you to give different entry codes to different users
After entering a valid code pressing any key while the gate is opening will stop the gate; pressing any key while the gate is stopped and the gate will reverse direction.
The keypad will not affect the auto-close setting of your gate opener system.

Standard transmitter included with all GTO gate operators
Much smaller in size than previous model and improved signal range
The single button controls the gate operator and has adjustable code settings and has (new miniature) visor clip for your vehicle and now a whole for key-ring or key chain.
It is compatible with GTO and Mighty Mule gate operators
The code settings are the 9 dipswitches located inside the cover.

105104 is for adding obstacle sensing for motorized gates or barrier arms.
Using a safety edge transmitter is more economical and discrete than the traditional coiled cord connection method.
The transmitter mounts directly on the gate or barrier arm and wires to a standard exterior safety edge sensor.
Compatible with 310 MHz Stanley receivers and Model 109950 302850 and 309013 receivers.
Activates receiver for stop or reverse entrapment

MGT

The MGT is the industry’s only fully supervised gate safety edge transmitter.
It automatically sends an hourly status report to the access controller indicating battery condition and if the transmitter is operational.
Should the edge sensor be disconnected shorted or tampered with the MGT will report a trouble condition.
